Day 56 for P90X

Ok, so I've told most of you that I've been doing P90X this year. Well, we have reached our "60 Day" mark, which is really day 56, but anyways, I took my measurements today. I am not sure I want to publish my numbers, but I will tell you my gains and losses:

Weight: Minus 7.6 pounds
BF %: Minus 4
Chest: Minus 1.25 inches
Waist: Minus 1.5 inches
Hips: Minus 1.25 inches
R Thigh: Minus .25 inches
L Thigh: Minus .25 inches
R Bicep: Minus .25 inches
L Bicep: Minus .5 inches

Totals:
Inches Lost: 5.25 inches
Body Fat Lost: 8 Pounds

And we're only 2/3 of the way done with the program. I am not sure if Matt wants me to post his numbers or not, but I'll post his total gains:
Weight: +6 pounds
Inches gained: 5.625 inches (or 5 5/8 inches)
It is really funny, because it seems like my losses are his gains. And that is in a really good way :)

I'm so happy. I feel great, I'm starting to look great, and I don't know, I just think that this was one of the best things Matt and I have ever done.

Here are pictures from day 1, day 30, and day 60. Enjoy! Don't mind the hair, I just woke up in both the 30 day and the 60 day. There's a big difference, isn't there?

  3. Yep, I'm all packed up and ready to go :) Just kidding. Yeah, I haven't bothered to put it away from when Matt went to England the last time, and now it is getting so close, I'll probably just leave it down :)

    Thanks

  6. Thanks, Chancy. That means a lot, coming from you :)

P90X is a 90 day program, but already we are planning what we're going to do after the 90 days is up. Probably, we'll take a 1 or 2 week break, then start it over again, either doing the exact same program, or doing "Lean" or "Doubles." The Lean program is kinda the same thing, just with more Cardio and less weights. The Doubles program is the same program, but on the days with weight training, you add cardio as well, so there's Cardio every day. I just can't believe my amazing results. Its almost like a fairy tale in some respects :)

Oh, and btw, anyone could do it! I promise. If I can do it, anyone can!
