Pumpkin Garland

Well, yesterday I decided to make this pumpkin garland I saw here. This is what I came up with. They're made with toilet paper and paper towel rolls. All I needed was the rolls, paint, hot glue, and I used raffia for the string, since I don't have any twine. Once again, I use what I have, you know? I'm pretty happy how it turned out. Sorry the pictures aren't the best, though.

It kind of looks like I'm almost ready for fall, doesn't it? What will I come up with today?? :P

  1. Super cute! I am SO GLAD you tried them!! I always love to know that someone is actually attempting something that I've made!

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Oh... I saw that you live in VA Beach. We lived up in Newport News for 3 yrs while my husband was stationed at Ft. Eustis. We just moved away in May but I'm sure we'll be back.

  2. Allison: We actually just moved away from VA to CA :) Thanks for pointing out that I still hadn't changed my profile! I lived in Va Beach for 5 years, and I was ready to move. I liked living there, but I was ready for a change. We're now in sunny, Southern California and are loving every minute of it. Thanks for the encouragement! I'm glad you like my take on your project.
